The process was seamless due to Amy’s involvement as she was engaged in every step of the process from the initial offer to the post closing handoff of the property. She was very knowledgeable as to Whitefish, the community, and the HOA and other community organizations. We purchased the property from out of state and Amy went out of her way to help us with local services and is very knowledgeable of service providers. She also was able to find skilled help for repair jobs on the house I was selling. She made herself available in short notice so many times to look at homes with us. She made it fun and brought a ton if insight to the vision we had of a future home with our family. I feel like Amy genuinely loves what she does and it brings her true joy to see her clients find that home that they will make memories in! Amy knows neighborhoods well and pros and cons related to the location. She also has been very helpful in finding us quality contractors for the minor changes we made to the new house. We are so grateful for all her hard work over the year and patience. She made time to show us the same house about 3 times for more than one house, so she is definitely patient. She always made the time. We really appreciate Amy and anyone who decides to have her as their real estate agent will not be disappointed.
